Meals On Wheels – Hot meals delivered at noon, three times weekly, to home bound individuals to ensure nutritional needs are met.  Frozen entrees are available for delivery and are a convenient way to ensure a nutritious meal is always available. 

Diners Club – A nutritious meal at a central location on pre-arranged days.

Transportation – Door to door transportation to appointments, shopping etc. for individuals unable to access other modes of transportation. Click here for more information.

Home Help – Assistance with routine household activities such  as a light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation and some personal care.

Home Maintenance – Provides assistance with light or heavy household tasks such as snow shoveling and yard maintenance.

Friendly Visiting – Volunteers are matched with isolated individuals in their home to help them socially integrate into the community.

Respite Care – Provides relief for the primary caregiver and enrichment, motivation and companionship for the individual.

Telephone Security Checks – Provides regular phone contact to people to let them know help is available if and when needed.
