The Heritage Amateur Radio Club

Welcome to the Heritage Amateur Radio Club , the members are primarily from the Cobourg / Port Hope and Baltimore area here in the province of Ontario, Canada.

If you would like to listen to the activities of club members as well as other amateur radio operators in this area, please tune to 145.150 MHz in the VHF band. This is the frequency of the VE3RTR repeater located just off the Harwood road halfway between Baltimore and Harwood , north of the town of Cobourg and operated by the VE3ULR network.

The Heritage Amateur Radio Club operates a net on this frequency every Monday night at 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm, all checkins from around the area are welcome. Club Members are usually on standby for a road watch during severe snowstorms in the winter to advise other amateurs of road conditions on some of the major highways that pass through our area. In the summer months Club Members can assist amateurs touring around our area needing information or directions.

New Amateurs are always welcome to join our Club.
